• Decree N°2005-1122 of 6th September 2005 : in accordance with the law 83-629 of 12th July 1983.
• Decree N°2012-870 of 10th July 2012 : on the code of ethics of the physical or legal persons exercising private security activities.
• Decree N°86-1058 of 26th September 1986 : on the admninistrative authorization and in recruitment of the staff of the compagnies of surveillance and guarding, thorough transport, physical protection of the people, private search and video-protection.
• Decree N°86-1099 of 10th october 1986 : on the use of materials, uniforms and badges of the companies of surveillance and guarding, thorough transport, physical protection of the people, the private search and the video-protection.
• Article L612-14 of the internal security's code : " the exercise's authorization confers in no public authorities' right on the company or on the people who benefit from it."
